How It Works
1) Meez delivers a clean 5 gallon compost bucket with your next delivery
2) You fill it with everything from fruit and vegetable scraps to dairy, bones and paper towels
3) Collective Resource replaces it with a clean bucket every 2 weeks
Two weeks sound like a long time? Most families keep their 5-gallon bucket outside, and use a small container in their kitchen, which they empty into the bucket as needed.

Chicago, from Howard Street to Harrison Street and the lake front to Kimball Avenue, as well as Logan Square and Jefferson Park
Suburbs, including Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Kennilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe and Lake Forest east of Waukegan Road

Send us an email to sign up, and we’ll add a $10 bucket deposit onto your next order. Your first two pick ups by Common Resources will be at no cost.
If you love it, continue at $15.50 every two weeks, payable to Collective Resource. If you don’t, Collective Resource will take away your last bucket. We’ll return your bucket deposit as soon as Collective Resource picks up your last bucket or you continue composting with them after the trial.
