OK, there are two reasons.  It is fast – only 10 minutes hands-on and 20 minutes to the table, so you will have no problem enjoying every last minute of your surfing, hang gliding, cliff diving, or other average, regular, weeknight activities and STILL make a delicious, from-scratch dinner.  And, since it contains tender, juicy, marinated sirloin steak combined with a fresh tomato salsa, rice and crunchy tortilla chips, it is out-of-this-world-good.
