As summer heats up so do the flavor combinations at Meez.  This week features Roasted Zucchini with Guacamole Rice (shown above).  With a base of black beans and rice, topped with roasted zucchini, layered with fresh tomatoes, cilantro and Mexican spices, and finished with candied limes, it is the perfect dinner for a summer night. We don’t stop there either as we are also offering Salmon with Lemon & Asparagus, Arancini with Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, Massaman Steak Curry, and lots more. Seasonal recipes.
